Tower of Fantasy is an anime-themed cross-platform Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG), with a huge open world, anime aesthetics with a sci-fi theme, quick, fluid action combat, the ability to interact with your surroundings, a vibrant PvP system, and much more.
The pre-download for Tower of Fantasy is currently available, but as expected from a new game with more than 4 million pre-registrations, it just came with a bug.
You can enter the game as soon as it launches by downloading the Pre-Load file. It’s just that the file won’t open after you download it, which is the first problem that the players have encountered. This article will walk you through the steps to try and solve the Tower of Fantasy Pre-Download Launcher Error on PC.
Extract the “TofMiniLoader_official.wg.intl/” from the context menu when you right-click the “TofMiniLoader_official.wg.intl” file.
Move the contents of that file to the following directory:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\
Or you may use this address location to directly extract to it: “%USERPROFILE%AppDataLocalTofMiniLoader_official.wg.intl”.
Double click “tofMiniLoader” to fire up the downloader and download the game launcher.
Now, you have to sign up and begin downloading the main game files after the launcher has started.
Fixing Issues with the Launcher
If you are having trouble with launching the launcher itself, kill every process related to the game and its launcher from the Task Manager. This can be done by hitting Ctrl, Shift and Esc simultaneously, and finding and ending the processes.
You may also try restarting your PC if the previous method doesn’t help.
