“Pokémon Go is a 2016 augmented reality mobile game, part of the Pokémon franchise, developed and published by Niantic in collaboration with Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for iOS and Android devices.”
Pokémon players have loved the release of Auto-Catchers, which allow players to spin PokeStops, catch Pokémon, and more without even needing to interact with them. These can be worn on your clothing or put in your pocket and have to be paired with your Pokémon Go app.
Best Auto Catchers (2022):
Pokemon Go Plus:
The Pokémon Go has a single button, which is used to spin Pokéstops or catch monsters. This is also an official auto-catcher released by Nintendo. The LED in the button tells you what’s happening:
- Flashing blue LED : PokeStops close-by
- Green LED : Pokémon waiting to be caught
- RED LED : Capture Failed
- Multicolored LED : Capture Succeeded
Nintendo had originally released the ball as a controller for Pokémon Lets go, however it can also function like a normal Pokémon GO Plus device. You can press the B button to perform spins and attempt catches. It does have one advantage over the Plus device, if you’ve got a Pokémon riding inside then it will automatically grab items from nearby Pokéstops without you having to do anything.
GO-tcha / GO-tcha Evolve:
The GO-tcha/GO-tcha evolve is the earliest auto catcher and the most popular. It has colorful animations and vibrations to help the user while catching Pokémon and setting up the device. It has an app for mobile phones as well.
Egg Catchmon Go:
The most aesthetic gadget, this auto-catcher is quite a large Auto-Catcher. Most Auto-Catchers disconnect after an hour, however, this one will alert you through its multitude of vibrations and noises. It is quite expensive. However, as a one-time purchase, and for its appealing visuals, it is worth it.
