Releasing on 28th October 2022, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II is the 19th Installment in the Call of Duty Franchise, being the sequel to the critically-acclaimed reboot of the original series, “Modern Warfare”, in 2019. It will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, and for PC via Battle.Net, and Steam.
The game features a new Gunsmith, Perks System, Footsteps and Slides Update, Gun-Handling, and an Advanced Enemy AI. One addition unique to the franchise was introduced in Modern Warfare (2019). It was introduced as “Realism Mode”.
It included Night Maps, No HUDs, No Mini-Maps, Red-Dot Sights, and everything you can imagine being authentic in a gunfight. It also included increased Headshot Damage and reduced Health Regeneration.

How To Unlock & Get Realism Mode
Realism Mode is the highest difficulty that COD: MW2 can offer. In order to unlock Realism Mode, you must complete all 17 Campaign Missions on any difficulty from Recruit, Regular, Hardened, and Veteran.
