Diablo Immortal officially released on 2nd June 2022 and players have been facing connection issues in rare cases. Ruining the experience that Blizzard has wanted to create for them.
If you’re trying to connect to the game and you keep getting error notifications such as “Please check your Internet connection” or “Connection lost in Diablo Immortal”. There is no need to panic. To fix these issues, we have complied a list of common working solutions for you.

Follow tech support’s NUMBER ONE rule and restart your device before trying any of these. Overtime the smaller parts that make up our devices can get tired of running at long stretches, and so restarting gives them a breather and often fixes most problems.
1) Ensure that your device meets the minimum requirements to run Diablo Immortal.

2) Check Diablo Immortal Server Status:
You can do this through their twitter page which they update frequently.
3) Clear Cache:
- On Android, navigate to your app storage in device settings
- Find Diablo Immortal and click on it
- Click on Clear Cache
- Click on Clear Data
- Restart your device
4) Update the application
Often older versions of games aren’t allowed to connect to the newer updated servers and this might be the problem.
