The High School expansion pack in Sims 4 not only adds a fresh looks, aspirations and dreams to the game but also a bunch load of cheats to assist your Sims progression through their studies.
This will cover all the cheats introduced in Sims 4 High Years expansion pack. These cheats will give you the ultimate ability to control your teenage sims journey through their high school time.
How to Enable Cheats
To turn on Cheats in the game, press CTRL + Shift + C if you’re on a PC (Windows) to bring up the cheat console. For the PlayStation 4 and 5 or Xbox One and Series X|S, press all four shoulder buttons at once. Then type “testingcheats on” to enable cheats. For Mac, it’s CMD + Shift + C.
Career Cheats
Simsfluencer– This cheat lets you control the promotion or demotion of your Sim in the Simsfluencer career path. Both Adult and Teen Sims can utilise this cheat in their careers.

To demote your Sims you simply need to switch out the word ‘promote’ in the cheat code with the word ‘demote’.
Video Game Streamer– This cheat gives you the power to control the fate of your Sim in terms of promotion or demotion in the Video Game Streamer career path. Both Adult and Teen Sims can pursue and have this career.

To demote your Sims in this career path you simply need to switch out the word ‘promote’ in the cheat code with the word ‘demote’.
Skills Cheats
Enterpreneur– This cheat gives you to the ability to manually set your Entrepreneur Skill level. The max level that can be set is 5, you can swap out the desired number at the end of the code for your the desired level you wish to set.

These cheats gives you to the ability to control or alter some of the new Traits that were introduced in this latest expansion pack.

These cheats gives you the ability to add/remove certain Sentiments or feelings attached to your character that were introduced in this latest expansion pack. These cheats include sentiment such as Making a Sim have a crush on another sim, Making a Sim feel bitter about a broken prom promise, Making a Sim feel creeped out because of awkward proposals or confessions or getting impressed by a proposal. There are many more sentiments in the game that were added with the expansion pack. All the available cheats related to the sentiments are listed below:

Keep in mind that the main structure of the cheat to use for all of them is:
modifyrelationship firstname lastname firstname lastname 100 sentimenttrack_(cheat code from the list)
The 1st firstname lastname is the first name and last name of the sim you are in control of. The 2nd firstname lastname is the first and last name if the sim you want to modify your relationship with, to alter or remove the sentiments you just simply have to put the minus sign “-” before the 100 in the cheat.
