Follow these steps to fix Axie Infinity:

Uninstall Axie Infinity

• Open Mavis Hub launcher.
• Find Axie Infinity.
• Click on uninstall button on the right side.
• A pop-up comes up, click on OK.
• Now Axie infinity is uninstalled.

Uninstall Mavis Hub

• Go to your desktop and find the Mavis hub icon.
• Right-click on the icon and click on “Open File Location”.
• There you will find “Uninstall Mavis Hub”.
• Double-click on it and click OK.
• If a pop-up comes, click OK again.

Download Mavis Hub And Installing It

• Open the zip file and double-click on the mavis_hub_setup.exe file.
• If there is a pop-up, click OK.

Install Axie Infinity

• If you are coming from the above step, then the Mavis Hub launcher will automatically open.
• If the launcher does not open, double-click on the Mavis Hub icon on desktop.
• You will find Axie Infinity, click on install.
• Click on Start Install.
• It will download some files and then install Axie Infinity automatically.

Delete Axie Infinity Folder

• Press Windows+R key and type “%appdata%” and hit enter.
• You will be in the appdata roaming folder.
• In the location bar, click on Appdata.
• Then open the folder LocalLow and find Sky Mavis.
• Delete the Mavis Hub folder.

Opening the game and Syncing files

• After following above steps, now open the game from Mavis hub launcher.
• Inside the game, click on Axies.
• Now click on Sync Axie.
• Axie Infinity works fine now.
