FIFA 22 is a football simulation computer game developed by Electronic Arts and published by Electronic Arts as part of the FIFA series. There are two editions of FIFA 22, a Standard Edition and an Ultimate Edition.
It is the 29th installment in the FIFA series, and it was published for Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X on October 1, 2021.
Steam Controller Configuration

- Open Steam and do make sure your game is already added in the library.
- Plug your controller.
- Click on Steam in the top left corner and then click on settings.
- Now find controller and then click on general controller settings.
- Click on continue.
- Select PlayStation Configuration Support.
- Select Xbox Configuration Support.
- Below these options you will see your controller connected.
- Select the controller and click identify
Editing Configuration Files

- Open Steam
- Now go to the library and find FIFA.
- Right click on it and then properties and then local files.
- Their Click on Browse.
- Find config.ini and right click on it and edit with notepad.
- Add AUTO_LAUNCH = 1 and save the file by pressing CTRL + S.
- Restart the Game.
Verify Game files

- Open Steam
- Go to the library and look for FIFA.
- Right-click it, then select properties, then local files.
- Their Select Verify Integrity of Game Files from the drop-down menu.
- Wait until all the files have been verified.
Full-Screen Optimizations and DPI Override

- Open Steam and click on steam in the top left corner, then settings.
- Locate the choice for the library.
- Low Bandwidth Mode and Low Performance Mode should be enabled.
- Click the OK button.
- Go to the library and look for FIFA.
- Right-click it, then select Manage and Browse Local Files from the drop-down menu.
- Right-click the.exe file and select properties from the context menu.
- Disable full-screen optimization in the compatibility area.
- Enable override high dpi scaling by clicking on modify high dpi settings.
- Apply and then OK are the buttons to press.
