  3. In Windows search, type “wsreset” and choose the first app that appears.
  4. The Xbox app and the Microsoft Store may be reset by going to (Apps and Features > Select the application > Scroll down and select reset.)
  5. To play, download the most recent version of the Xbox App from the Microsoft Store.
  6. In the Windows Store, search for “Xbox Identity Provider” and download the software, or just click on the link.
  7. “Gaming service” should be uninstalled.
    • Launch powershell and type: “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers” (without quotes)
    • Wait for the procedure to finish.
  8. Install the “Gaming services” package.
    • Start CMD and enter the following command.
    • “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN” (without quotes)
    • Wait for process to complete.
  9. In Windows Search, type “Services” and enable/start all of the services listed below.
    • Xbox Live Game Save
    • Xbox Live Networking Service
    • Gaming services
    • Windows Update
    • Microsoft Store install service
    • IP Helper Xbox Live Auth Manager
  10. Start the Windows Store Troubleshooter for Microsoft Store.
  11. Start PowerShell. Enter the command shown below.
    • Uninstall: “Get-AppxPackage windowsstore | Remove-AppxPackage“
    • Reinstall: “Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}” (without quotes)
    • Now you must wait for the procedure to finish.
  12. Update your Windows 11 and 10 to the most recent versions.
