  2. Log out of your Xbox Live account and then log back in. (Restarting your computer after logging out of the Windows Store and logging back in again).
  3. Search for “wsreset” in Windows search and select the first app.
  4. The Xbox app and Microsoft Store can be reset via the (Apps and Features > Select the application > Scroll down and click reset.)
  5. Use the latest version of the Xbox App from the Microsoft Store to play.
  6. Search for “Xbox Identity Provider” in the Windows Store and download the applications or simply click on the link.
  7. Uninstall “Gaming service”
    • Launch powershell and type: “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers” (without quotes)
    • Wait for the process to complete.
  8. Install “Gaming services”
    • Run CMD and Type the command given below.
    • start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN” (without quotes)
    • Wait for the Process to complete.
  9. Search “Services” in windows search and enable/start all the services mentioned below.
    • Xbox Live Game Save
    • Xbox Live Networking Service
    • Gaming services
    • Windows Update
    • Microsoft Store install service
    • IP Helper Xbox Live Auth Manager
  10. Open the Windows Store Troubleshooter for MS Store.
  11. Open powershell Type the command given below.
    • Uninstall:Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage
    • Reinstall:Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}” (without quotes)
    • Now wait for the process to complete.
  12. Update your Windows 11 and 10 to latest version.
