As mentioned above, this material is not something you can come across in the open world. So, technically, you can’t ‘find’ the dark silver ingots in the game. The only way to get them is by crafting after you unlock the recipe and here’s how to do that.
Unlocking the Dark Silver Ingots recipe
To unlock the recipe for Dark Silver Ingots in V Rising, players have to defeat the LVL-58 V Blood Boss in the game known as Octavian the Militia Captain. So, this commodity is not something you can get your hands on early game. The boss can be found in Bastion of Dunley which is in the north direction from the Dunley Farmlands.
The boss mentioned above has a heavy melee and ranged attacks so players need to make sure they’re ready to fight it when they try. A few healing and defensive spells are highly recommended while going against this boss.

Crafting Dark Silver Ingots requires two different items. Players require 1 Scourge Bar and 20 Silver Ores to make a dark silver ingot. While getting your hands on the recipe can be hard itself in the early game, finding these items required are even harder.
For Silver Ingots, players need to head over to the Sacred Silver Mines that are located in the North-West region of the map inside Silverlight Hills. This area is guarded by LVL60 enemies.
