Clear all your Riot Client related Processes
This is the most simple and the easiest fix and it has fixed this error for most people. For this, you simply have to go to the search bar at the bottom and type Task Manager. Once you’ve opened the task manager, head over to Processes and find the processes that have Riot Client as any part of their name. Go ahead and right-click on these and click on End Task. Make sure you do this to every single process related to the riot client and then check if Valorant Error Code 19 is fixed.
Restart your Computer
If clearing the tasks doesn’t fix the error, the next step is to restart your PC completely. I’m sure most of you know how to do this but for those who don’t, press Alt+F4 when you’re on the desktop screen and select Restart. This will restart your computer. Reinstall Vangaurd and Valorant
