Fix: Age of Empires IV Not Installing on Xbox App Windows 10

Age of Empires 4 Not Installing or Downloading from Xbox App or Windows Store Fix for Windows 10 and 11. In this guide, we will help you fix the error related to the Age of Empires IV installation. So follow the steps given below to fix the error permanently.

Age of Empire 4 has already started having issues and errors but don’t worry. We are here to help you fix all of them one by one. To fix the installation error of Age of Empire on the Xbox App or Windows Store, follow the steps one by one.

How to Fix Age of Empires IV Not installing on Xbox App and Windows Store

  1. Make sure your Date and Time is correct. Also check your Time Zone and Region. Set it to Automatic windows will auto detect date and time from the internet and your location.
  2. Logout from your Xbox Live account and login again. (Means logout from windows store and login again, willl help fix some problems)
  3. Open windows search and type “wsreset“, Select the first app and hit enter.
  4. Reset Xbox app and Microsoft Store by going into (Apps and Features > Select the application > Scroll down and click reset.)
  5. Use the updated version of Xbox App from Microsoft Store.
  6. Open Windows Store and search “Xbox Identity Provider” download and install the applications or click the link.
  7. Uninstall Gaming service by openeing powershell and type: “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers” (without quotes)
  8. Enter this command in comand prompt to installl Gaming services: “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN” (without quotes)
  9. Make sure you enable and start all the services mentioned below. (Search services in windows search and find all the services listen below and start them one by one)
    • IP Helper Xbox Live Auth Manager
    • Xbox Live Game Save
    • Xbox Live Networking Service
    • Gaming services
    • Windows Update
    • Microsoft Store install service
  10. Run the Windows Store Troubleshooter for Microsoft Store.
  11. Run the Powershell Command given and wait for the process to complete:
    1. Uninstall:Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage
    2. Reinstall:Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}” (without quotes)
  12. Update Windows 10 or 11 to latest version.
